Download Mozilla Fennec for your Mobile - Enjoy Better Search Experiance

Mozilla has just released an an early developer version of Firefox for mobile codenamed Fennec in its first alpha. This release is meant for testing purposes only, to get the developers engaged and to get feedback from the Mozilla community.

The first alpha of Fennec is only designed to work with Nokia N810 Internet Tablet but will soon be ported to other mobile operating systems too such as Windows Mobile or even Android. The focus of development so far has been on building a user-friendly interface.

This early version of Fennec comes with the following set of features.

• Easy Navigation, Bookmarks, Tags, Tabbed Browsing, Integrated Web Search.
• Tap onto content, Zoom in, Zoom out.
• Password manager, Popup Blocker.

and a lot more.

If you don’t have an N810 but still want to play around with Fennec, you can do so by downloading the Fennec emulator for Windows, Linux or Mac. It works exactly like the mobile version itself and is intended to help developers build and test their addons.
